• John Yearta, 32, 818 Bay Rockyford Road, Hartsfield, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence and failure to drive within single lane.

• Julius Marquis Sesler, 35, 319 Second St. N.W., was charged Oct. 14 with possession of a controlled substance and probation violation.

• Luke Allen Moxley, 31, was charged Oct. 13 with entering motor vehicle with intent to commit felony and burglary.

• Cameron Keith Gunn, 19 212 Robert Willis Road, was charged Thursday with criminal trespass and theft by shoplifting.
