Kiwanian Bill Foy presents the Walter Zeller Fellowship Award to Nell Brown in honor of her late husband, Lewis Brown.

MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Kiwanis Club of Moultrie had a very special guest at a recent meeting. Nell Brown accepted the Walter Zeller Fellowship Award on behalf of her late husband, Lewis Brown.

The Zeller Fellowship is awarded to someone who makes a generous contribution to The Eliminate Project, a Kiwanis partnership whose mission is to rid the world of maternal and neonatal tetanus.

“This award was presented by the Kiwanis Club in honor and memory of Mr. Brown, who was well-known and loved by our community,” said a press release from the Moultrie club. “We are deeply honored to have Mrs. Brown accept this award.”
