LIVE OAK, Fla. — The Tourist Development Council approved a $57,000 contact with BlackDog Advertising for a Suwannee County website at Tuesday’s meeting.
BlackDog Advertising will design and develop a responsive website for the TDC compatible on multiple platforms.
The outline of the costs are:
- Creating Responsive Website — $30,500

In April, the council voted against a website development contract with BlackDog for the $57,000 that also included additional fees including up to $36,000 a year to maintain the site along with charges for video production and still photos to utilize on the website.
At Tuesday’s meeting, the TDC also agreed to two contacts with Do Good Media for videography and editing services for the Visit Suwannee video, which is several years old.
Steven Schneitman, of Do Good Media, provided the TDC two options for each service.
For the videography, Do Good Media will provide at least five raw video clips and or still images including aerial video of each location.
In Option A, Do Good Media will give Suwannee County the right to use footage however it deems fit including sharing with third parties but Do Good Media will maintain ownership of the footage and images with the right to use or distribute the footage with financial compensation without the county’s permission.
The total cost of Option A is $2,250.
In Option B, Do Good Media will give Suwannee County ownership of the footage.
The total cost of Option B is $7,000.
For the editing, Do Good Media will edit and update footage in the Visit Suwannee video. In Option A ($2,750), Do Good Media will revise the video once and in Option B ($12,000), Do Good will revise the video up to three times.
The council voted to go with Option A for both videography and editing.
