Ticket holders will select the bowl of their choice at the Empty Bowl Soup Supper at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Arts Center, sponsored by Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

Guests will keep their bowl as a reminder of all the empty bowls in the world.  One hundred percent of each meal’s proceeds will go directly to the Colquitt County Food Bank, according to a press release about the event from the Colquitt County Arts Center.

Immediately following the Empty Bowl Supper, the Arts Center Theater will present a one-act version of the popular “Christmas Carol” on stage. This production is sponsored by United Way of Colquitt County and is free to the public.
