Alejandro Villeda told police that Saturday at about 10 p.m. he saw a man step onto his porch and take one each of his wife’s bras and panties that were hanging on a line.

The man then took off the clothes he was wearing and put on the underwear. As a final gesture the man urinated on the clothing he had taken off and then headed into some nearby woods.
