Mount Pilgrim Missionary Baptist

Mount Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 431 S. Pinetree Blvd. in Thomasville, invites the public to two upcoming events.

The church will hold a Men and Women’s Day Celebration at 11:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, with the theme “Men and Women Together in Unity,” based on John 9:4. The guest speaker will be Elder Bettye Williams, radio announcer of WSTT 730 AM of Thomasville.

The church is alsoplanning a Mother’s Ministry and Mission Anniversary at 11:15 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, with the theme “Running in Jesus’ Name,” based on Ecclesiastes 9:11. Speaker will be the pastor, the Rev. Tremaine O. Alford Sr.
