County issues road closure list

MOULTRIE, Ga. — Colquitt County Emergency Management Director Russell Moody released a list of county roads that have been closed due to downed trees or downed power lines.
They are:

Overlook Road.
W.E. Hart Road.
Connell Road.
Greenfield Church Road.
Bennett Road.
Rosencrantz Road.
Trailer Park Road.
Old Albany Road south of John Powell Road.
Livingston Bridge Road.
Seminole Drive.
In addition, the Georgia Department of Transportation has not been working on its roadways, so state routes may also have issues.
Colquitt County is enforcing a curfew until 1 p.m. Tuesday. Curfew means no one on roads due to hazardous conditions except in case of emergency, county officials said, citing both safety concerns and to give a clear path to emergency/power company workers.
