ALBANY, Ga. — The American Red Cross is offering a free class tonight at 6:30 p.m. OR tomorrow at 10 a.m. to certify you to be a Red Cross shelter volunteer.

It is at the Red Cross headquarters in Albany, 500 Pine Ave.

You do not have to call ahead, just show up. The training is called “Just In Time,” and it readies you to be a Red Cross shelter volunteer.
