Robert Coleman, who contacted police at around 1 a.m., described the woman as a black female wearing a white T-shirt, black tights and white tennis shoes.

At a nearby business, police found Erica Michelle Wright, who matched the description given. When approached by the officer, Wright was “smiling and giggling about the situation” but backed away from the officer and did not want to speak with him, police said.

After maneuvering Wright to the back of a patrol car, the woman identified herself as Erica Ray and a birth date of July 30, 1998, police said. Neither the name given nor the birth date were correct.
