• Jermaine Buchanan, 43, 330 Yoakum Parkway Apt. 813, Alexandria, Va., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence and too fast for conditions.

• Christopher Allen Holt, 40, 605 Funston-Sigsbee Road, was charged Wednesday with aggravated stalking.

• Rhoderick Kentrel Moore, 21, 843 Shy Manor Drive, was charged Thursday with rape.

• Nimeshkumar Patel, 24, 411 Virginia Ave. N. Apt. 2, Tifton, was charged Thursday with reckless driving, improper lane usage and speeding.

• Octavian Maurice Teal, 33, 331 Loblolly Lane Apt. G-5, Cairo, was charged Thursday with driving while license withdrawn and speeding.
