Spiritual birthday

The Lewis Cathedral Church of God in Christ, 904 Third St. N.W., will honor the 62nd spiritual birthday of preaching of its pastor and founder, Superintendent J.W. Lewis, as well as honoring the memory of the late Missionary Irene Lewis.

The celebration will begin at 5 p.m. Saturday with special guests Mother Gracie and the Leonard Brothers of Albany, the CCICA Concert Choir and others. It will continue at 11 a.m. Sunday with Elder Tony Brooks of Tifton.
