TIFTON — Two Tiftarea Academy players received recognition recently when the Georgia Independent School Association announced its all-region soccer awards.

Lady Panthers Maci Paulk and Macy Strenth were both named to Region 3’s all-region squad.

Paulk was an all-region pick in 2015 and 2016.

Both players were seniors in 2017 and picked up multiple region honors in several sports.

The duo were named all-region for basketball and softball.

As juniors Strenth and Paulk were both all-region in softball and basketball.

Strenth additionally picked up all-state honors in softball and basketball as a senior and was all-region in softball as a sophomore.
