ESG presents scholarships

- ESG, the company that manages the City of Moultrie’s water and wastewater systems, presented three scholarships to recent Colquitt County High School graduates during Tuesday’s city council meeting. From left are Moultrie Mayor Bill McIntosh; William ‘Will’ Barber, who plans to study economics at the University of Georgia; Karen Ramirez-Rubio, who plans to study psychology at Valdosta State University; Yanah Hargrove, who plans to study pre-medicine at Clayton State University; Savonte Wilson, who plans to study psychology at the University of Georgia; Elvira Gibson, director of Moultrie’s utilities department; and Tony Johnson, public relations and outreach director for ESG.
