MOULTRIE, Ga. — Cathy Nobles, counselor at C.A. Gray Junior High School, recently completed the LAPP Program with Southwest Georgia RESA.

Nobles said the program was a very rewarding experience and a great opportunity to see what other leaders go through.
She has been an educator both in teaching and counseling for more than 20 years. She stated that working with children is very gratifying to her, but she chose the program because she would also like to work with teachers more.
Upon taking the GACE in Leadership, Nobles will receive her Leadership Certificate and spend another year preparing herself to become a better leader. She is currently a guidance counselor and PBIS coach at C.A. Gray under the leadership of Principal Fred Smith — to whom she attributes all of her leadership success.
