MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Moultrie-Colquitt County Agricultural and Rural Services Committee provides a scholarship to a graduating senior student with a B average or higher from Colquitt County. The student must enroll in a post-secondary school or college majoring in the fields of agriculture, agribusiness or ag education after graduation.
