MOULTRIE, Ga. — Dr. Roxana Aguirre, oncologist at Colquitt Regional Medical Center, will speak at Friday’s Relay for Life opening ceremony.

The theme is “Saving the World — One Cure at a Time.”

The opening ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Withers Auditorium, across from Walmart on Veterans Parkway. Luminaries may be purchased at the event.

Activities, including children’s games, will end at 8:45 p.m. and the luminary ceremony will begin.
