Colquitt County High baseball, by virtue of winning the Region 1-7A championship on Friday, will host its GHSA Class 7A first round series on April 28 against McEachern High on Ike Aultman Field at Jerry Croft Stadium. A doubleheader will be played this Friday with Game 3 on Saturday if needed.

Also on Friday, Colquitt County High’s boys soccer team secured second place in the final Region 1-7A standings by shutting out Camden County. In the first round of the GHSA playoffs, the Packers host Marietta High at Packer Park.
