Mislaid wallet, with $220, goes missing

MOULTRIE, Ga. — A Moultrie woman, who on Tuesday left her wallet in a shopping cart, found that it and more than $200 inside had been stolen when she returned after realizing it was missing.
Rosalinda Pizano, 47, told police that after she unloaded her purchases in the 600 block of Veterans Parkway South she left without knowing she had forgotten to remove her wallet.
The wallet contained $220, Pizano’s identification and a $35 phone card.
In another reported theft:
• Jasper Collier, 800 block Second Avenue Southwest, reported Tuesday the theft of a Napa-brand jack valued at $600.
He told police that he noticed the jack was missing after returning home from a stay at the hospital.
