Huggins will also be part of the Southeasten Southern Gospel Music Convention on April 7-8, held at the UGA Conference Center.

Having grown up in a musical family, Huggins always knew she wanted to pursue a career in music.

“I began singing in church as a small child, but I have a feeling I was born singing and just never stopped,” she said.

She was in church every time the doors were open and knew at a young age that her vocal talent was a gift from God.

In 2002, Huggins moved from her hometown in Georgia to Nashville, Tn. to attend Trevecca Nazarene University, where she earned a degree in music business.

After college, she landed a dream job with country music superstar Reba McEntire.

Feeling called to music ministry, she stepped out in faith to pursue her passion full-time.

She now makes her home in the Nashville area.
