Busing

“Let me get this straight. It would be too hard to bus our kids to different elementary schools, but yet we bus all of our kids to the same middle school, to the same junior high school and to the same high school! Besides, do you know kids from northwest don’t have a community school?

Insecure

“Donald Trump spouts criticism and hate for President Obama and constantly blames him for everything under the sun because he needs to feel, and wants everyone else to think, that he is better than President Obama. Trump is insecure, and doesn’t have a clue what to do. Besides all that, I sincerely believe he is mentally ill and therefore dangerous.

Garbage issue

“Would like to use my driveway before noon, but it has the green can in the middle of it waiting to be picked up by our late collectors. No thought went into the green cans, city looks like a dump.

“I stand behind Mrs. Willis because you people are slandering students and teachers. Your first amendment rights were not affected. It’s just she stepped on your toes. Enough is enough! She even offered you the opportunity to come into Cox. Please do so and acknowledge that you are a common ranter!

Grateful

“My granddaughter was recently a patient in the Colquitt Regional ICU. We have an awesome unit and some wonderful nurses. They made a stressful time much easier on all of us. She didn’t want to leave Hazel and Margie! God bless you all and thank you for being a big part in saving my granddaughter’s life. We are so grateful!

Get it straight

“To the person who claims little progress, every child in this county goes to the same school from 6th through 12th grades. In elementary you have your choice of schools if you get your request in early enough.  As for churches, different cultures sometimes worship in different ways. My church has all races. Know your facts before commenting.
