• Raekwon Perez Ward, 17, 417 30th St. S.E., was charged March 1 with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

• Eloy Quinero Jr., 32, of Albany was charged Wednesday on a bench warrant.

• Aaron Richter Wallace, 22, 131 Rossman Dairy Road, was charged Monday with aggravated assault (family violence).

• Don Holloway, 64, 315 Captain Gay Road, was cahrged Friday with reckless conduct.

Holloway’s neighbor, James Williamson, 311 Captain Gay Road, reported Friday evening that Holloway had fired a gun and pellets had hit Williamson’s house.

• Brianna Spraggins, 17, 320 Ballman Road, was charged Saturday with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• John Wesley Burdon, 18, 229 19th St. N.E., was charged March 1 with possession of alcohol by a minor.

• Brianna Jakel Holt, 17, 1311 Third St. S.E., was cahrged March 1 with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Cicely Sidney Wheeler, 37, 384 E. Gate Circle, was charged Tuesday with probation violation and a bench warrant.

Georgia State Patrol

• Derrick Donta Key, 34. 815 Seventh Ave. S.E., was charged Tuesday with driving without a license and giving false information to an officer.

Moultrie Police

• Destiny Howard, 20, 310 11th Court S.E., was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct.

• Brittany Michelle Horne, 26, 447 Gibbs Road, was charged Tuesday on two bench warrants.

• Larry Joe Fannin, 38, 115 Old Timey Trail, was charged Tuesday with trespass and shoplifting. Fannin was accused of trying to take items valued at $93 from Wal-Mart Tuesday afternoon.

• Rodney Dobbs, 100 block College St. N.W. in Ellenton, reported Tuesday that his medicines were missing. He said he’d last seen them two days earlier. The deputy said he found no sign of forced entry at Dobbs’ residence.

• Douglas Buckner, 1700 block Bay-Rocky Ford Road, reported three chainsaws plus two chainsaw bars and chains were taken off his work truck Tuedsay at his residence. The tools were valued at $980.

• Brian Hargraves, 100 block Holly Trail, reported Tuesday the theft of a 2013 Polaris Ranger valued at $27,500.

Moultrie Police

• Ana Isabel Nunez, of Moultrie, reported someone took a luggage bag from the bed of her pickup Monday night while it was parked on Doc Darbyshire Road. The bag and the clothing in it were valued at $2,001.

• Mercedes Nicole Lewis, of Moultrie, reported someone stole items from inside her Toyota Camry between midnight Sunday and 6:11 p.m. Monday while it was parked in the 400 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

• Kimberly Michelle Martin, of the 800 block Seventh Street Northwest, told police Monday that someone entered her apartment while she was asleep and took her driver’s license, Social Security card and two cellphones. The items were valued at $82.

Police said there was no sign of forced entry, and Martin gave the name of a suspect who has a key to her apartment.

• Andrew Bernard Chapura, of Hummingbird Lane, reported a burglary Tuesday at his residence. Chapura said a neighbor contacted him on Facebook and said he thought Chapura’s residence had been hit. When he got home, he found a 10-inch miter saw and 12 fishing rods and reels missing. The stolen items were valued at $950.
