TIFTON, Ga. — An Adel man was found dead in Tifton Saturday morning, according to Tifton Police.

David Phillips, 52, of Adel was found dead behind a business on West 7th Street in Tifton on Feb. 18, according to Lieutenant Lee Dunston of the Tifton Police Department.

Dunston said that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation assisted with the scene and the body was sent for autopsy to determine cause of death.
