“I feel privileged to be back in my hometown of Moultrie providing obstetrical and gynecological services for area residents,” said Baddour. “Though in a different specialty, my father provided quality, compassionate care for many years in Moultrie and that is a tradition I wish to uphold.”

Baddour earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in the West Indies. He completed obstetrical and gynecological residency training in Chicago at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. He then joined an OB/GYN group in Rockford, Illinois, where he remained for four years. While in practice, Baddour also served as a clinical instructor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He and his wife, Dr. Rana Khalek, joined Affinity Physicians for Women in Tifton in September 2016. Khalek is also an obstetrician/gynecologist and sees patients at the Tifton office of Affinity Physician for Women along with Dr. Shannon Price.

In addition to routine patient care, Baddour conducts newborn deliveries and gynecologic surgery at Tift Regional Medical Center and will perform minor outpatient procedures at the Moultrie office location.

“My goal is to meet the special health needs of women of all ages with warm, personalized care,” said Baddour. “There are many conditions and diseases with greater prevalence in women than in men or that affect women differently.  Understanding the unique healthcare needs of females — at every stage of life — is central to my approach and key to advancing the health and vitality of women.”
