MOULTRIE, Ga. — Colquitt County Commission recognized outgoing Commissioner Donna Herndon at Tuesday night’s meeting.

Herndon, in foreground, was elected in 2012 to finish the term of her late husband, Commissioner Billy Herndon, and then elected to serve her own four-year term. The first married couple to have both served on the county commission, they served a combined 25 years.
