The injunction prohibited Weeks from having any contact with his wife and to stay off her property, the report states.

Police were dispatched to the property at the 100 block of Lee Avenue in reference to a battery. When they arrived, Week’s wife told police the victim was her boss and came over to check on her.

She said that while they were standing outside the house, Weeks showed up. The victim said Weeks got out of his car and told him to leave the property. The victim told Weeks that he was his wife’s boss and that she asked him to come over, according to the report.

The victim told police he didn’t want any trouble, but Weeks began to fight him anyway.

Weeks allegedly pinned the victim on the ground and struck him repeatedly in the head and back with a closed fist, the report states.

Police noted that the victim had marks on his head and face, according to a report.
