The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting for Chancy Drugs, (formally Arwood Drugs) located at 101 North Main Street in Moultrie. Chancy Drugs is owned by Hugh and Bert Chancy and is celebrating 50 years of business. Chancy Drugs has six locations, five retail, with Hahira being the original location, and Adel, Lake Park, Valdosta and Moultrie as well as a closed door (long term care) pharmacy in Hahira. The pharmacists in Moultrie are Norris Cooper and Richard Bass. They provide many services including delivery, drive thru window, ready med program, immunizations, diabetic classes, Chancy Drug app, and the IVR system to call in refills day or night. They are open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Chancy Drugs can be reached at 985-6725.
