Hadley to speak at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church

FUNSTON, Ga. — Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Funston will celebrate its 16th Church Banquet at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 21, at the Funston Community Center.
Minister Wilma Hadley will be the keynote speaker, and Councilwoman Lisa Clarke Hill will bring greetings focusing on issues that youths faces daily.
The Rev. John W. Greene Jr. is pastor.
Hadley accepted the call to ministry in 2001, was licensed to preach in 2009 and was ordained in 2012. In 2013-14 she attended and graduated from EFVM School of Ministry, and she is affilliated with For Jesus Ministry, Missionary Gina Anderson, and the Forest Hill Chain Ministry.
She is a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, where she serves on the Minister Staff and as a substitute Sunday school teacher under the leadership of the Rev. Alfred Jones, pastor.
She is presently employed as chief deputy clerk of the Colquitt County Superior Court. She is also a member of the Moultrie City Council, representing District 3, Post 6.
