LIVE OAK, Fla. — The Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office in north Florida arrested Lillie Mae Daniels, a 32-year-old from Miami, Sunday in connection with an armed robbery that happened nearly a year ago, according to a Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office report.
In May of 2015, Daniels, Henry McCray and Eric Rashad Crews reportedly robbed three victims on 147th Road in Suwannee County with a loaded, white and silver .380 caliber semi-automatic pistol. McCray, a 22-year-old Madison resident, was arrested on the same day, while Crews, a 22-year-old Valdosta resident, was arrested in June of 2015. A warrant was issued for Daniels.
McCray, according to reports, told officers the victims owed him $100 and were ready to pay him. When he arrived in Suwannee County, however, the victims said they didn’t have the money. McCray said that he got mad and pulled the gun to show he meant business and that he only wanted to scare them.
He took the victims’ phones, wallets and a purse worth about $800 and collateral until they paid their dept.
SCSO deputies found Crews, McCray and Daniels returning to the scene of the robbery shortly after the victims reported it. Their vehicle was the same one described by the victims and inside was the same handgun the victims reported.
