Dorer, Hancock

MOULTRIE — Mr. and Mrs. John Arthur Dorer of Oro Valley, Ariz., are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsie Lorraine Dorer, to Zachery Kyle Hancock. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Israel Hancock of Doerun. The bride-elect is the granddaughter Mrs. Bobbette Dorer and the late Arthur Dorer, and the late Mrs. Florence Hite and David Hite, all of Tucson, Ariz. A 2009 graduate of Ironwood Ridge High School in Tucson, Ariz., she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, in 2013, from the University of Arizona, in Tucson. She is currently a Paralegal at the Pima County Attorney’s Office. The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Hancock, and Mrs. Betty Dell and the late Rev. Ray. L. Dell, all of Albany. A 2007 graduate of Colquitt County High School, he received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, in 2011, from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Ga. He is currently a pilot in the United States Air Force. The wedding will be held Friday, May 20, 2016, in Tucson, Ariz. A reception for the couple will be held at First Baptist Church of Moultrie on Saturday, May 28, 2016.
