The wedding was held under the Vintage Oak, a 415 year-old tree at Gin Creek.

The 2,500 square foot deck around the oak was decorated with a rustic theme.  White lights and candles were hung throughout the ceremony area.  Floral arrangements decorating the aisle and the floral cross on the vintage oak tree at the site of the ceremony were all designed by the bride’s mother.  Pictures of the couple taken throughout their courtship were scattered around the deck and rails.

There was special music during the ceremony by the bride’s brother Chris on the guitar with her sister Olivia singing Amazing Grace. Daniel Parrish of Moultrie provided the music during the wedding and reception.

The bride was given in marriage by her mother and father. She wore a simple A-line gown, with full lace and pearl beading, completed with a lace, beaded belt with a satin bow in the back. She wore her mother’s traditional veil that also had matching pearl beading and lace flowers. The bride’s mother had the opportunity to prepare all of the flowers that were used at the wedding, including all of the bouquets and corsages. The reception area was also decorated with a rustic theme. Centerpieces were wood cuts with wildflower arrangements in mason jars. White lights and candles were hung throughout the reception site.
