Attorney Davidson speaks to Keenagers

MOULTRIE — Dale S. Davidson, attorney at law, spoke to the Keenagers at the February meeting. His topics were estate planning, elder law, special needs and veteran’s benefits. His practice is focused on the practice of elder care and special needs law that includes estate planning, wills, trusts, and medical planning, VA benefits for wartime veterans and helping seniors protect their assets from the nursing home. This was a very informative meeting as well as guidance for most seniors.

Norma Jean Martin shared piano music while members and visitors arrived at the meeting. Lee Hill opened the meeting and welcomed the members and guests. Loren Hildebrandt had the devotion. LaRue Norris and Joyce Smith registered the members as they arrived. Dot Mims had a very interesting news letter.

Birthday honorees for the month of February were Dot Mims, Kathy Loy and Roger Benton. Hostess for the meeting were the Keenager officers. Visitors were Dale Davidson, Melinda Pollard, Lee Henry, Ann Conger and Barbara Stripling, and one new member, Linda Jackson.

Recently, the First Baptist Church bus carried a group of seniors to the Southside Baptist Church in McRea to see and enjoy the Sons of Jubal. This was a wonderful experience and enjoyed by all. First Baptist Church’s music director, Lee Hill, sings with the Sons of Jubal.
