MOULTRIE — Moultrie police are looking for two gunmen who held up a Moultrie resident on Friday. Juan Hernandez Andes was also one of three victims of an attempted robbery three nights later.

The Friday robbery occurred at between 10:15 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. in the 40 block of Regency Village Drive, Moultrie Police Department reports said.

“The gentleman (Andres) was visiting with some friends,” police Inv. David Jones said. “He walked outside to talk on the telephone. He was approached by two black males. Both of them had guns.”

The men robbed Andres of his cellular telephone and an undetermined amount of cash.

“They then took off running,” Jones said.
