NORMAN PARK — Norman “Red” and Wanda Hill of Tifton, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Melanie Dawn Moretz, to Steven Glen Culpepper. He is the son of Curtis and Alice Culpepper of Moultrie.

The bride-elect is the daughter of the late J.B. Moretz.

A 1984 graduate of Tift County High School in Tifton, Ga., she is the check-out receptionist and medical records clerk at the Kirk Clinic in Moultrie.

The future groom is a 1990 graduate of General H.H. Arnold High School in Wiesbaden, Germany. He is a distribution clerk at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

The wedding will be held 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014, at First Baptist Church in Norman Park, with a reception, in the social hall, following immediately after the ceremony. All family and friends are invited to attend.
