Municipal Court for the Oct. 29 edition

The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Juberille Sentel Williams, 24, was charged with possession of an ounce or less of marijuana, giving false name/address/date of birth and duty to obey a police officer. Surety bond was forfeited.

Kerry Y. Williams, 17, was charged with noise violation (loud music from vehicle). Bond was forfeited.

Sharita Nicole Williams, 30, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Winston Curry Willis, 57, was charged with improper left or right turn. Bond was forfeited.

Molly Jean Wilson, 40,  was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Teresa R. Wilson, 45, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Ruby Lee Wyche, 62, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Charlotte D. Young, 47, was charged with expired driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Juan Mena Zerda, 46, pleaded no contest to speeding (60 in a 45) and two counts safety belts violation (children). Zerda was fined $205.

Larry Ryan Glover, 24, pleaded no contest to failure to yield when entering/crossing roadway. He was fined $209 and sentenced to 5 months probation.

Devon Lamont Mays, 21, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Bond was forfeited.

Michelle Hart Treon, 27, pleaded guilty to failure to yield while turning left and was ordered to pay $109 or serve 3 days jail.

Kerry Yarnell Williams, 23, was charged with operating with a learner’s permit. Bond was forfeited.

Daniel Graham Wynn, 32, was charged with speeding (63 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Umeko Kinsey, 26, pleaded no contest to trespassing and was fined $500 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

Alberto Carranza, 21, was charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI, but he pleaded guilty to aggressive driving instead. He was fined $2,000, was sentenced to 12 months probation and 40 hours community service; and was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program.

Christopher Chubb, 47, pleaded guilty to expired tag and a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked was dismissed. Chubb was fined $400.

Cesar Escobar, 44, was charged with DUI (refusal), failure to maintain lane and expired driver’s license. He pleaded guilty to aggressive driving and expired driver’s license instead. He was fined $2,177; was sentenced to 12 months probation and 40 hours community service; and was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

Willie Alf Graham, 58, pleaded no contest to trespassing and was sentenced to 30 days jail.

A charge of driving while license suspended/revoked was dismissed against Jaquri Fontray Haynes, 25.

Tevin S. Hightower, 20,  pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and trespassing and was sentenced to 25 days jail.

John Junior Lumpkin, 40, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Nicholas Dewayne McClendon, 32, pleaded guilty to giving false name/address/date of birth to officer and was sentenced to 14 days jail.

Deidric Tyshaun Merritt, 30, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag but pleaded guilty to expired tag. Merritt was fined $135.

Michelle Hart Treon, 27, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and was ordered to pay $650 or serve 35 days jail. Treon was also banned from Dollar General.

Latisma S. Williams, 33, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended/revoked and was fined $777.
