Billie Michelle Mills, 16, recently won the State Forestry Pageant. Mills is the daughter of Billy Mills and Shelia Nelms and granddaughter of Mildred Nelms and the late Curtis Nelms and the late Mr. and Mrs. Mills. She will go on to compete in the National Forestry Pageant.
