7th graders score ‘Superiors’

Williams Middle School seventh grade band students performed a solo for evaluation at the Georgia Music Educators’ Association (GMEA) District 2 Solo-Ensemble Evaluation event held at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College April 26. Students were graded on seven standards of performance practices as outlined by GMEA and Georgia Performance Standards. All seven participants scored a ‘Superior’ rating, the highest rating possible.
