Sponsored by St. Margaret Episcopal Church, the auction will be held 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at Sid’s Antiques and Gifts, 112 First Ave. S.E.

Several well-known local artists have donated paintings and jewelry items to be auctioned off, according to a press release from the church. Proceeds from the silent auction will be used for camp scholarships to attend Honey Creek Conference Center in Camden, Ga.

For the second year, St. Margaret is working with school social workers to identify children who would not otherwise be able to afford a camp experience.
