Alex Hartzo, an Electrical Systems Technology program student and a 2014 graduate of Moultrie Technical College, received starter tool packages from Klein Tools, courtesy of City Electric sales representative Phillip Ricks, pictured right, on April 15. As the top student in his graduating class under the instruction of Moultrie Tech’s Stephen Mathis, Hartzo earned the American-made electrical and maintenance tools to help him begin his career.
