The backyard BBQ competition will be strong this year with several teams competing in many categories. Many thanks to Joy Croy of Rocky’s and Greg Hersey of Market BBQ and the countless volunteers and judges. This year teams will be competing in seven categies which include Pork Rigs, Chicken, Boston Butts, Beef Brisket, Sauce, Brunswick Stew and Chicken Wings.
