Minister Kenneth Tensley of Murford, S.C., will speak at Sinner Friend Baptist Church's Men's Day Sunday, Jan. 12.

Sinner Friend Baptist Church, in Hartsfield, will have its Men’s Day program at 2 p.m., on Sunday, Jan. 12. The guest speaker will be Minister Kenneth Tensley of Murford, S.C., the son of Sis. Birdie Tensley of Bridgeboro, Ga., and the late Collins Tensley. He is a 26-year retired veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He and his wife, Michelle, have been married for 16 years and have three daughters, Kenyake, Kennedi and Taylor. He began his Christian growth at the Mitchell Grove Baptist Church in Bridgeboro Community, where he was a native of Thigpen Trail. He is a member of the Kingdom Seeker Church in Murford. The Jackson family will render the music. Deacon Otis Williams is the chairperson of the event and the Rev. W.B. Sales is the pastor of Sinner Friend Baptist.
