Baylee Ann Tatum, a third grader at Norman Park Elementary, was named Junior Showmanship Winner at the recent Colquitt County Goat Show. She’s the daughter of Jason and Melissa Tatum and the granddaughter of David and Patsy Akridge, Darrell and Berri Tatum, and Cindi and Winston Carroll.
