Police had no trouble identifying a man who was the subject of a Sunday morning public indecency report.

Abel Mejia-Perez, 27, walked up to an officer wearing only a white T-shirt and one sock at about 12:50 a.m., Moultrie Police Department reports said. Another officer had been dispatched there to a report of a man walking around with no pants on.

Mejia-Perez was intoxicated and a portable alcohol sensor indicated his blood alcohol level at about two and a half times the amount considered unsafe for driving.

He was charged with public drunk and public indecency.
