Moultrie Police Department reports said that the manager of Save-A-Lot followed Nathaniel Wight and the 14-year-old girl after he discovered that a pregnancy test kit had been removed from a box. The manager, Al Solanki, escorted the two teens back to the grocery store at 205 Sixth St. S.E.

The girl got outside again, and when Solanki tried to detain her she began hitting him in the face with her fists, breaking his glasses, police said. Witnesses reported seeing the girl hitting Solanki and that he took her to the ground so she could not continue the attack.

Nathaniel Wright tried to keep the girl away from Solanki, police said. The incident was recorded on store video. The estimated cost of the stolen property and damages was $501.
