Attendance Awareness Month

- The Juvenile Court judge, Moultrie Mayor William McIntosh, recently signed a proclamation announcing September as Attendance Awareness Month. The Colquitt County school social workers and Assistant District Attorney Brian McDaniel encourage the community to celebrate with them. Their goal is to raise awareness of the importance of attending school. The school social workers will work in their school through attendance incentives, classroom guidance, workshops and competitions to engage students and parents.
