Phyllis Dawn Moxley Garcia, 48, of Moultrie, died Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at her home.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, June 8, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ronald Barrett officiating.

Born Aug. 30, 1964, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of Alma Virginia Richardson Stair and the late Wallace Henry Tyson Sr. She was a 1982 graduate of Colquitt County High School and was a graduate of North American College in Phoenix, Ariz. She was a secretary with Moxley Auto Sales, and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her special children, Lisa “Meche” Hullett and husband Joey of Norman Park and Stephanie Martinez and husband Daniel of Moultrie; her mother, Alma Virginia Richardson Stair of Moultrie; her special grandchildren, Lexi Hullett and Ashton Hullett of Norman Park and Urijah “Pollo” Martinez of Moultrie; three sisters, Diane Eyer of Enigma, Kaye Hartsell of Moultrie and Ginger Yarbrough and husband Danny of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; two brothers, Eugene Moxley Jr. of Moultrie and Wallace Henry Tyson Jr. of Tallahassee; three nephews, Marty Eyer of Alapaha, Ga., Terry Yarbrough of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Chris Moxley of Moultrie; four nieces, Miranda Hamm of Moultrie, Gina Yarbrough of Cape Giradeau, Mo., Tonya Dillard of Tifton and Kalyn Byrne of Houston, Texas; a special nephew, Michael Maples of Norman Park; a special niece, Angelica “Boo Boo” Fonseca of Moultrie; and her special friend, Raul Olivares.

The family will greet friends one hour prior to the funeral service, on Saturday, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to Virginia Stair, 618 26th Ave., S.E., Moultrie, Ga., 31768.

Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
