All three of those accidents were investigated by the Moultrie Police Department. The Georgia State Patrol also investigated another wreck Monday that may have had injuries. A GSP spokeswoman said the trooper’s report is not complete in that case.
Andrea Tarie Baker, of Norman Park, told police she was slowing down to make a left turn from First Avenue Southeast into the Dairy Queen parking lot about 10:50 a.m. Friday. Her 2009 Chrysler Sebring was struck from behind by a 2006 Nissan Sentra driven by Christopher J. Pugarelli, 128 N. Hutchinson Drive.
Pugarelli said he looked away for a moment and when he looked back it was too late to avoid hitting the other car.
Baker was treated and released from Colquitt Regional. Pugarelli said he had minor injuries to his arm but did not seek medical treatment.
Pugarelli was charged with following too closely.
In the other Friday accident, Samantha Renee Moore, 921 Sixth Ave. S.E., was traveling east on First Avenue Southeast near 23rd Street Southeast about 9:42 p.m. when she had a seizure.

Moore’s 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe ran off the road and hit a telephone pole.
Moore was treated and released from CRMC. A juvenile passenger did not appear to have been injured, police said.
On Monday, police responded to a three-vehicle wreck on First Avenue Southeast near Mercer Motors. Timothy Scott Kelshaw, of Moultrie, told officers he was riding with his juvenile daughter, Reagan, who was driving his 2012 Honda Civic.
Reagan Kelshaw, in the left lane, tried to change lanes near Mercer Motors but did not see a 1987 Chevrolet pickup in the right lane. The Civic hit the front of the pickup, then continued rolling until it hit an unoccupied 2006 Toyota 4Runner parked at the car dealership.
Reagan Kelshaw was transported to Colquitt Regional Medical Center by her mother before police arrived, and she was treated and released. The driver of the pickup, Benny Dwayne Jonsgaard, of 176 Oak St., was not injured, police said.
Reagan Kelshaw was charged with improper lane change.
