Joyce Steinbacher Rabon, 70, of Norman Park, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, at her home.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 25, at Cobb Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery in Leesburg, Ga. Casketbearers will be Ricky Fender, Justin Fender, Ben Morris, James Ellis, Jimmy Owens and Justin Powell.

Born April 3, 1942, in Williamsport, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Beryl Steinbacher and Nettie Mae Finche Steinbacher. She was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include her husband, Tommy Lee Rabon of Norman Park; three sons, Mark Alan Horsley of Ft. Benning, Ga., Michael Tod Horsley of McDonough, Ga., and John Howard Horsley and wife Lisa of Barney, Ga.; one daughter, Jamie Horsley Fender of Moultrie; two step-daughters, Susan Carol Rabon Myers and husband Dean of Crawfordville, Fla., and Debra Ann Powell of Leesburg, Ga.; two half-sisters, Joan Boyd and Jo Ann Howe, both of Rochester, N.Y.; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service, on Saturday, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
