The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:
Christopher Terrez Bennett, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of an ounce or less of marijuana, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while license suspended or revoked. Bennett was fined $2,305 and sentenced to a total of 60 days jail.
Daniel Boyd, 42, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to serve 33 days in jail.
Tonya Gail Bynum, 31, was found guilty of violation of probation and was sentenced to 136 days jail.
Kevin Edward Byrd, 41, pleaded guilty to public drunk and was sentenced to 20 days jail.
Christa Gale Carter, 35, pleaded guilty to open container violation and was fined $207 and sentenced to 59 days jail.
John Michael Conway, 29, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked and failure to yield while turning left. He was sentenced to 54 days jail.
Frederick Bernard Daniels, 32, was found guilty of violation of probation and was sentenced to 72 days jail.
Christine Sue Daughtry, 41, pleaded guilty to expired tag and was sentenced to 15 days jail.
William Richard Gandy, 54, was charged with two counts public drunk and was sentenced to 106 days jail.
Alphonso Grant, 51, pleaded guilty to two counts following too closely and one of no proof of insurance. Grant was sentenced to 81 days jail.
Bobby Gene Kastelic, 40, was found guilty of violation of probation and was sentenced to 90 days jail.
Joseph Andrew Lancos, 20, was found guilty of violation of probation and was sentenced to 21 days jail.
Nigel M’Kese Murray, 18, was found guilty of violation of probation and sentenced to 7 days jail.
Maurice Stephon Parrish, 27, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and giving false name, address or date of birth to officer. Parrish was sentenced to 20 days jail.
Jerri Lynne Perro, 41, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to 60 days jail and banned from Walmart for 12 months.
Jasmine Tashelle Richardson, 18, pleaded guilty to giving false name, address or date of birth to officer and was sentenced to 6 days jail.
Matthew Damiel Rogers, 22, pleaded gulity to trespassing. Rogers was fined $425 and sentenced to 40 days jail.
Orrando West, 41, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and driving while license suspended or revoked. West was sentenced to 50 days jail.
Angie Lee Williams, 49, was found guilty of violation of probation and sentenced to 22 days jail.
Randy Adam Williams, 42, pleaded guilty to two counts duty to obey a police officer and was sentenced to 52 days jail.
Willie Williams, 53, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 24 days jail.
Ronnie Wright, 57, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Wright was fined $650, sentenced to 16 days jail and banned from Oxley’s.
Latravious Jamal Aikens, 20, was charged with speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone). Bond was forfeited.
Jamie Eric Allen, 31, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.
Senorina Arenas, 42, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.
Christy Jane Ashworth, 36, was charged with speeding (50 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.
Heather Nicole Bailey, 22, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.
Tara Strong Bell, 43, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.
Cynthia Liner Blease, 24, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.
Jerry Edward Bozeman, 43, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.
Demetris V. Brown, 28, was charged with speeding (54 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.
Steve L. Bryant, 54, was charged with no proof of insurance. Bond was forfeited.
Larry Wayne Burgess, 55, was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.
Shaun Duwayne Burks, 27, pleaded guilty to duty to obey a police officer, driving while license suspended, driving with a suspended/revoked/canceled tag, safety belts violation (adults) and fleeing or attempting to elude police. Burks was fined a total of $2,332 and sentenced to 5 days jail and 30 months probation.
Alejandro Cardenas, 23, pleaded guilty to tag light required and no driver’s license. He was fined a total of $787 and sentenced to 10 months probation. In a separate case, Cardenas was charged with no driver’s license and speeding; bond was forfeited.
Randall Dennis Carroll, 54, was charged with public indecency. Bond was forfeited.
Billy James Carter, 18, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.
Shaneka Carter, 28, was charged with speeding (56 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.
Daniel W. Chafin, 39, was charged with speeding (60 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.
Shirley Kay Chandler, 65, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.
Robert Lavar Christian, 27, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, open container violation, too fast for conditions, safety belts violation (adults) and following too closely. Christian was fined a total of $1,265; sentenced to 6 days jail, 18 months probation and 60 hours community service; and ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and the Victims Impact Panel.
Mar’Quavious Defonte Clark, 19, pleaded no contest to shoplifting. Clark was fined $650, sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation, and banned from Walmart.
Lakeishia Nichole Coates, 26, pleaded guilty to safety belts violation (adults) and was fined $15.
Floyd Eldren Collins, 45, was charged with speeding (56 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.
A charge of speeding (51 in a 35) was dismissed against Joshua Dan Conger, 30.
Casper Dean Cook, 39, was charged with speeding (47 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.
Sharonda Ponder Corbin, 40, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.
Omar Corona, 28, was charged with no driver’s license and speeding (58 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.
A charge of vaccination required was dismissed against Nicole Covins, 24. Covins was also charged with vicious animals running at large; bond was forfeited.
Geraldine Crawford, 41, was charged with two counts of vaccination required and two counts of animal restraint violation. Bond was forfeited.
Brandon Jesus Del Angel, 18, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.
Betty Ann Edwards, 54, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked and defective equipment. Edwards was fined $1,374, and sentenced to 18 months probation.
Eleanor Denise Florence, 47, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.
Waymond Gibson Jr., 27, was charged with driving on city property. Bond was forfeited.
Dionisio Dieguez Gomez, 51, was charged with speeding (53 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.
Clifton Jerome Green, 32, pleaded no contest to speeding (72 in a 45) and was fined $207.
Dominique Lafal Hadley, 21, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Hadley was fined $650, sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation and was banned from Walmart.
Gregory Antonio Hadley, 50, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.
Necey Hallman, 20, was charged with operating with a learner’s permit and driving with a suspended, revoked or canceled tag. Bond was forfeited.
Jeramy Lee Harrell, 31, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.
Scott Allen Hart, 48, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.
Brittany Marie Hasty, 23, was charged with speeding (50 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.
Carolyn Truett Hobgood, 65, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.
A charge of speeding (67 in a 55) was dismissed against Andrew Bruce Hopkins, 19.
Lloyd Thomas Huffman, 27, was charged with speeding (65 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.
Kimberly B. Hunter, 33, was charged with speeding (49 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.
Lindsay Leigh Jacobs, 24, was charged with speeding (64 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.
Frank Jones III, 34, was charged with two counts of safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.
Thomas Harrison Jones, 65, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Vickie Tamekia Lamons, 31, was charged with driving with suspended, canceled or revoked tag. Bond was forfeited.
Terrance Jannon Long, 29, was charged with open container violation. Bond was forfeited.
Jayro Martinez, 28, pleaded guilty to giving false name/address/date of birth to officer, driving while license suspended or revoked and expired tag. Martinez was ordered to serve 34 days in jail or pay fines totaling of $1,312.
Laurie Ann McCall, 54, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign. Bond was forfeited.
Eddie Lee McIntyre Jr., 28, pleaded guilty to speeding (68 in a 45), DUI and driving while license suspended or revoked. McIntyre was fined a total of $1,758, sentenced to 1 day jail; 22 months probation and 60 hours community service; and ordered to attend the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.
Bobby Lee McCloud, 56, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.
Johnnie Lewis McNeal, 57, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding (59 in a 45). McNeal was fined $881 and sentenced to 18 months probation.
Vernita Wylene McNeal, 41, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.
Doris Ann Menosky, 78, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.
Jennifer Nicole Mitchell, 28, pleaded guilty to DUI. She was fined $825; sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation and 60 hours community service; and ordered to attend the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.
Komonte Marquis Monroe, 21, was charged with two counts of speeding (52 in a 35 and 58 in a 45) and defective equipment. Bond was forfeited.
Shatoya Sharniece Moore, 23, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Moore was fined $500 and sentenced to 8 months probation.
Abelarmin Gonzalez Morales, 20, was charged with no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.
Fidencio Zuniga Moreno, 56, was charged with no driver’s license and safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.
Tamera Lanett Murphy, 21, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.
Ulane K. Nguyen, 32, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.
Kenneth Danta Norman, 26, pleaded guilty to possession of an ounce or less of marijuana and defective equipment. Norman was fined $678 and sentenced to 10 months probation.
Shani Oneal Nounal, 18, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign. Bond was forfeited.
Lucio Perez, 27, pleaded guilty to DUI, failure to maintain lane and no driver’s license. Perez was fined a total of $1,434; sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation and 60 hours community service; and ordered to attend the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.
Carlton Monroe Powell, 25, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.
Ronald Eugene Ricketts, 57, was charged with vicious animals running at large. Bond was forfeited.
