Lori Sha Wetherington, 22, of Lenox, died Wednesday, June 22, 2011, in Brooks County.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, June 25, in Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan Robinson, the Rev. Jimmy Voyles and the Rev. Shane Ashley officiating. Burial will follow in the family plot, in Lenox, with Levi Wetherington, Craig Lindsey, Ken Searle, Zack Wetherington, Heath Wetherington and Jake Mobley serving as pallbearers. The honorary pallbearers will be Leah Sands, Savannah Hampton, Ann Katherine Stone, Gracie Quernell, Whitney Hood, Lindsey Jacobs, Caroline Whitfield and Jordan Croft.

Born Aug. 8, 1988, in Tifton, Ga., she was the daughter of Duane Wetherington and Jeanine Wetherington of Lenox.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Sanford Davis and Jean Davis.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her brother Heath Wetherington and wife Jennifer of Lenox; sister, Britney Mobley and husband Jake of Moultrie; grandparents, Emerson Wetherington and wife Barbara Rose of Lenox and Annette Davis of Norman Park; aunts and uncles, Zack Wetherington and wife Jackie of Lenox, Jan Searle and husband Kenny of Lawrenceville, Ga., Gail Boyette and husband James of Norman Park and Tammy Hall and husband John of Moultrie; and nieces, Jacey, Libby and Sadie Wetherington and Allie Mobley.

Visitation will be today, June 24, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.

The family requests that donations be made to the Moultrie-Colquitt County Humane Society, P.O. Box 2915, Moultrie, Ga., 31776 in lieu of other gifts.
