The Colquitt County middle school track team will open its 2011 schedule today when it travels to Lowndes for a 3:30 p.m. meet.

The team will compete in six meets before the March 31 conference meet at Pine Grove.

Colquitt also will travel to Pine Grove for a meet on Thursday, March 10.

The middle school Packers and Lady Packers will play host to a meet at 4 p.m. on March 17.

The teams also will travel to Valdosta and Tifton for meets before the conference championship.

The middle school girls team includes Deja Martin, JacQuala Hardy, Tyaunna Sanders, Tikasha Hill, Symphony Ragland, Tiffany Smith, Takiya Henry, Aureyanna Rushing, Chaz Singletary, Britni Marshall, Joneria Grant, Josey Fowler, Nikia Johnson, Briannah Erving, Tarai Alexander, Mercedes Lewis, Felisha Bowman, Vivian Larson, Jamie Facison, Aylisa Phillips and Sade Walker.

The boys team includes Landon Scott, T.K. Gamble, Latravious Thomas, Tyree Lee, Johnari Greene, Chris Bouie, Dominique Hall, Cleyber Matos, Marcus Lewis, Rakeem McCloud, Javonta Woods, Bryan Castro, David Cook, Marquan Greene, Sihiem King, Bull Barge, Zamious Bonner, Taif Smith, Dykerion Smith, Alex Price and JayQuan Johnson.

The coaches are Brian Knighton, Thad Brown and Kirbie Bodiford.
